2015 has started off well. Sedate at best, but sometimes, that's just how I like it. Winter has been good to me so far. I've managed to avoid the catching the chest infections and various strains of flu floating around at work. My health has been good – I've been very lucky.

We've had quite a few long walks in the country and the city. I don't mind it at all, so long as it's dry. Bonus if the sun comes out though, and lately the crisp, dry air has been so refreshing whilst I've been zipped up in a toasty and warm coat. I've lost my knack for writing and taking pictures these days – I've taken to immersing myself in the adventures; I find I worry less in general if I don't feel the need to document everything, though I still worry that I will forget things.

A cup of coffee in my hand, with his hand in the other (or not too far away), and a wee winter sparkle in my eye. That said though, I look forward to the colours that spring will bring.
